The submitted planning application for Boherlahan Hall redevelopment and village car park expansion was withdrawn last week. A new alternative compromise car park location is now proposed for an area of the field on the south side of the entrance to the Parochial House. Once developed, the new plans will be made available for view and comment on the Boherlahan Dualla Community Website prior to re-submission of a new planning application to the local authority.
A new Boherlahan Community Association is also being set up to take responsibility for the redevelopment of Boherlahan Hall and associated new car park. This is a registered charity which will in future take ownership of these community facilities.
