Daffodil Day 2023 takes place this year on Friday 24th March. Volunteers will take to the streets raising funds for the Irish Cancer Society to support cancer patients and their families across Ireland and also to fund research projects. The Archdiocese of Cashel and Emly is developing its Diocesan Adoration Lay Committee in order to increase the practice of Eucharistic Adoration in all the parishes. You are invited to an Information Meeting in the Parish Hall, St. Michael St., Tipperary on Sat., 18th March at 11.00am-12.30pm.

We pray God’s blessing this day on all the people of our parish, on Ireland, and on the many millions throughout the world who join with us in our national day of celebration. We think especially of all our people who are exiles far from home: may the Christian faith of St. Patrick be their support and comfort always. We pray also for the many people who have come into this country in recent years seeking shelter, asylum and a new life. May our welcome to them be generous and kind. St. Patrick, protect us all on the journey of life.
