Meeting on Monday 6 Nov. in the Parochial House, Boherlahan, at 8.15pm.

Plans are ongoing for Family Masses as part of our preparation for the WMOF. We are planning to have a FAMILY MASS on the last Sunday of each month.

We had our first Family Masses on the last weekend of October. We thank all those who helped in the preparation and participated in the Masses. We would love to hear from any families who wish to be involved in the Masses.

Plans are also being made for discussion groups on the Pope’s document “Amoris Laetitia: The Joy of Love”.

Reflection: Pope Francis on Marriage and Family – “Marriage is a precious sign, for when a man and a woman celebrate the sacrament of marriage, God is, as it were, “mirrored” in them. He impresses in them His own features and the indelible character of His love. Marriage is the icon of God’s love for us.”   (Amoris Laetitia 121)

We are also planning to have one big parish event to honour, enjoy and celebrate family. This might include a picnic; an art display; a music session; children’s games and a mini Pageant etc. Let’s call it a MONSTER OPEN-AIR FAMILY JAMBOREE.
