If you’d like to be involved in a 5,000 strong massed choir at the Papal Mass on Sunday 26 August in Phoenix Park, you can be part of a 74-strong contingent from our diocese.
Also, there will be an opportunity to sing in the RDS on Friday 24 August, as part of a 1,000 strong Munster choir.
If you wish to be involved, please e-mail annhasset@live.ie (Cashel & Emly Diocesan Choir) before 10 May stating your availability for one OR both of the dates above.
You may also join in the Diocesan Choir at the Official Opening of the World Meeting of Families in the Cathedral, Thurles, on Tuesday evening, 21 August.
A meeting/ rehearsal for those interested in any of the three dates above will take place in “Lámh Chúnta”, beside Bóthar na Naomh Church, Thurles on Thursday 10 May at 8p.m.
