The River Basin Management Plan, 2018-2021 has identified a number of our natural waters for focussed action, to improve water quality. The Local Authority Waters Programme is undertaking a series of public meetings on these Prioritised Areas for Action (PAA) in order to inform the public about the planned work programme and to gather any local information that may inform the process.
The Clashawley PAA includes the area south of Dualla, and around Ballinunty and Killenaule (map of exact area can be emailed on should this be required).
Work has commenced on the Clashawley PAA and a public meeting has been scheduled which we would like to invite the Boherlahan Dualla Community to: 30th October at 7.30pm in St.Mary’s Community Hall, Killenaule.
