This year’s issue is the 24th volume to be published, containing a diverse range of articles, and ensures that a vast reservoir of historical material is available for future generations of parishioners and indeed for people further afield. It is worth reflecting on the contribution of previous generations to the development of our parish and our community.

In accordance with Covid 19 restrictions, a low-key launch took place on Sunday 12 September. A Dualla man, Michael Sheridan launched volume 24.

The Journal will be available from Friday 24 September. The cost remains at €10. It can be purchased at Hall’s Daybreak, Friar St, O’ Dwyer Butchers, Friar St., Elys, The Green and Texaco Filling Station, Dublin Rd., all in Cashel. In Thurles, it will be available at Bookworm, 1 Parnell St.

The Journal can be purchased after Masses in Boherlahan and Dualla on 25 and 26 September. It can be purchased also from any committee member.
