Appreciation and Thanks.

Baptism Mass of Rejoicing; Feast of Corpus Christi; Parish Sports.

The Parish Liturgy Group, together with Fr. Egan and Fr. Dunne, wish to express their appreciation to the parents and families of the babies baptised during the past year who attended the special Mass. Thanks to the parents who read Prayers of the Faithful, presented gifts and read the Communion Reflection. Also to our two young people Anne-Marie and Ruth representing the Confirmation and First Holy Communion children. Special thanks to Nóirín for preparing the collage of babies of all types – well worth seeing (and smiling!) – it is in the porch of the Church. It was very encouraging to see young parents who have first responsibility in handing on the faith to their children coming together in this way.

Sincere thanks to all who participated in our Corpus Christi procession. A special word of gratitude to the First Communion children and their families.

We had a wonderful evening last Thursday at the Annual Sports. Congratulations to all the winners and sincere thanks to all who helped in the organization.
